Yes — for selected products, we may offer limited pre-orders once our allocation is confirmed. We aim to dispatch pre-orders one day before the official release date, and in-store pickup will be available on the release day.

Yes, we always do. Even we don't take pre-orders, but we will order the latest, hottest products!
